1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the VisaAgent website, application, or AI-powered guidance tools (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

VisaAgent is operated from Ireland and provides digital services to users worldwide.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not use as a username the name of another person, entity, or trade name that is subject to the rights of another.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. You agree NOT to:

• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Services.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services, the AI models, or the networks connected to the Services.
• Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Services for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise without a commercial license.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the algorithms, prompts, or weights comprising the VisaAgent AI.

5. Intellectual Property

The software, UI designs, specific AI prompts, aggregated logic flows, and overarching platform architecture are the proprietary property of VisaAgent. Government documentation, rules, and guidelines referenced by the Services remain the property of their respective public authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, VisaAgent, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or visa rejection costs arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland. VisaAgent and you agree that the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these Terms.
